★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reading review for the Drill day and noticed the negative review and I was their to drop my niece and Nephew so waited their till end of the drill. So, I witnessed the whole situation. I saw the staff handled the situation professionally. They waited there till the headcount was over to make sure their responsibility of every child is out of the situation. As head count would had been over, they would have proceeded to church with rest of school. Staff showed presence of mind to pick up blankets to keep kids warm. I saw two of Staff I name them Ms. N and Ms. J provided their jackets to kids because they were on their lunch break so they had their jackets on. The owner she generally keeps three big blankets in her car for such situations but before we could have gone to it this situation was over and everyone went in. I am leaving the review thinking that it is not fair to staff who were diligent on their duties. Staff prepared warm chocolate milk for kids as soon as they were in. I rate staff is very friendly and professional.I would suggest if their is any concern, please bring into the notice of Ms. S (Owner) she takes care of everything without any delay and I am sure any constructive suggestion will not be ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was quite concerned when I saw during your fire alarm you brought out all the toddler out without jackets. It is -16 outside. I understand that you must get out quickly but every staff had their winter jackets on. Non gave up their jackets that would fit two or more toddlers in it. Instead they attempt to handle them and wrap thin blankets on the outside. If I was a parent of these children I would immediately take them out of your care. I hope you will take this opportunity to revamp your safety drill. Consider taking them into the church beside as the rest of the school does instead of leaving them in the freezing cold.
