C	Crystal Rahko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasn't seen me in 4 years I call with a major concern and get told if it happens again to come back next month..well I went to emerg and found out it was a miscarriage..thanks for caring..I've been a patient since I was a kid and since my aunt passed away a year ago from cancer these people didn't catch and ignored her concerns..I've been treated like crap from them. Don't go here! They just want to be paid is all.
N	Natasha Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at this clinic since birth, Dr. Bray was actually the doctor that delivered me 27 years ago. I have been seeing him and Dr. Jarema since then. With Dr. Jarema he is always behind 2-3 hrs. The reception is not the nicest at all they are rude. My entire family is at this medical clinic. I missed 2 appointments with Dr. Bray and they told me i am no longer a patient of this clinic to no longer return to them.

I had her on speaker phone in my admin office so that I could help train a new employee. The woman on the phone was beyond short with me and actually hung up on me in mid sentence. I would like to consider myself well mannered & respectful so this was not only a huge shock to me but also to the new trainee that was sitting next to me. It's very rare that I will leave a review over a bad experience but this one was so out of the norm that I feel it must be shared. A doctors office deals with sick people day in and day out. I would hope that the staff are well trained in the emotional mid line and customer services category. Needless to say - we will not be recommending this location simply for the front of house staff member whom showed a lack of respect for us as clients.
R	Rachel Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient at Fort Medical for years. Originally I was with Dr. Davis who ended up retiring right when I started having some pretty serious chronic issues. It was frustrating to not have a set Dr during that time but the staff went above and beyond to get me seen as soon as possible by whoever was available. The nurses are absolutely wonderful, incredibly compassionate and patient and they always fit you in as soon as they can. Last year Dr. Nunez took me on as a patient and he's been absolutely wonderful. He listens to me, never makes me feel rushed or silly for any of my concerns, he genuinely cares. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands and I can't recommend him enough as a GP.

My family (parents and siblings) has been using Fort medical clinic for 25 years between physio and acupuncture. My wife or I have missed our yearly checkup due to COVID, employment and other reasons, which designated our files as inactive. Our family doctor, Dr. Anne Draginda of 25 years will now not even address the fact, give a courtesy call or help point our new family (pregnant wife) in the right direction for medical help, leaving us to scramble during a unsettling time. I do not advise leaving your health in the hands of this clinic. Thanks, Marc Aubin
