Doctors are ok if you have gone online and decided what pills you want to be prescribed. they dont have any answers themselves. they will just pass you on to the next doctor.

Awesome and friendly staff! Clean and no long line ups! Dr. Diyaeb is by far the best doctor ive seen. Very professional, considerate and caring. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Diyab is a professional. He gives me the time I need and helps me take care of my symptoms. He refers me to the best specialists as well.

This Medical Clinic is not professional enough due to the fact that (" Patients with serious concerns aren't a priority") and the medical clinic doctor that I had to deal with is (" Dr.Mohamahed Diyaeb"), Who may it seem like my concern about my pregnancy now wasn't serious and may me go through the waiting game due to needing blood work done in this matter to be able to refer me to the hys center, when I kept telling him to refer me to the hys center as soon as possible due to my high risk pregnancy issues. As I had to call the hys center myself to do a self- referral and the receptionist that took my call and my seriousness of my concern due to my high risk pregnancies a priority said; that I didnt need certain things like blood work results because of being an older patient with both of my pregnancies with my girls. Also- this clinic seems to hang up on you, when you're on hold with them and make an excuse saying; that they are busy.

I spoke to two of the receptionists: the first receptionist said that a negative covid home test was acceptable to get an appointment, the second told me that I could only get an appointment if I had a negative AHS covid test result, which is impossible to get for most people because of the testing restrictions. I even sat for an hour on hold with AHS to double check. Private tests are too expensive for me--this clinic had me in tears because I am in pain and can't afford to jump through all of their hoops. The clinic across the street accepts negative home tests. This seems to be protocol for most other clinics.

I was really happy to find a new female physician that was taking new patients who just so happened to be walking distance from me. I met with her and I was very impressed with the care & attention that I received. She referred me to a cardiologist & to a neurologist. As well sent me for a bone scan. Several times I called to make an appointment to see her to go over my results and I was told it was a 2 month wait to get in to see her. That was in November. I was upset but I said to myself that I'll just wait until all my tests are done and deal with my issues all at once. After calling the clinic today was told that the soonest that I could see her was in May. As I am in pain everyday this is unacceptable. The cardiologist suggested that I see a vascular specialist and the neurologist recommended I see an internist..so now I will need referrals to see whichever specialist is deemed appropriate. And another waiting game. Do i look for another Doctor? The receptionist told me that due to an emergency and things being thrown into a tailspin that I should probably look for another Doctor. I really liked Dr. Alganga. I just wish that I would've been dealt with more honestly as to what was going on. I may add that I had my friend call to book an appointment to see if she could get in and they were going to book her in. ( this was back in November) When I asked the receptionist why, she said it was because she was taking new patients. I said that that didn't make sense....shouldn't she be keeping up with the patients that she does have already as well? I'm really disappointed ? I want to give Inas 5 stars, however the aftercare was solely lacking. Perhaps she has an ongoing family situation that that I don't know of
