I went to a consult and as I waited ten minute for her to show up she gets there as says she won’t do my tattoo which definitely could’ve been said in the email I sent instead of making me come all the way out here for nothing. Will never come here again.

Had some small pieces done by Nick (including a face tattoo) and my experience was likely the best one I've ever had at a shop. You can see the love that the artists here have for their craft, and they're happy to work with you to create the piece that you're looking for. I will absolutely be returning to get a large colour piece done by Nick. Side note: Michelle looked at one of my piercings while I was there and was able to help me find new jewellery that would not be so easily caught on my mask and hurt/hinder the healing process. It's doing much better now, thank you!

Came in to see Michelle last night, i was having major issues with a piercing from another shop and she was able to change the jewelry to proper jewelry and save my piercing! It was completely painless & she was so incredibly kind! She educated me on the situation and answered all my questions, i seriously wont be going anywhere else for a piercing again! In 2019 Lenore G did my back tattoo and a tattoo for my mother. I was supposed to go in for a consultation/ tattooing. I had provided very descriptive information prior to the appointment but when I came in Lenore had no idea what I wanted as a tattoo and had nothing sketched. This is not my first tattoo and Iooking back, extremely unprofessional . I was also told that the tattoo I wanted was not doable and it would have to be much larger than I had originally wanted. I then waited about 45 minutes for a sketch and the tattoo was way bigger than I think was necessary. I was also told she didn't have the purple color I wanted for the tattoo. The reason for the one star is I was in my early twenties and felt pressured to make a decision and as a professional tattoo artist you should never put your clients in that position. This is why you have a consultation and schedule a tattooing at a later date. I was very clear in my description which I still have the email for that included exactly what I wanted for my tattoo. I now have a rose that's over 12" in height which is more than twice the size that I wanted tattooed on my back in colors I did not want. I could not check how the tattoo looked when she was coloring it because it was on my back. I know I am partially at fault because I agreed to get the tattoo but I was also put in a situation that I should not have been put in which is why I chose to make this review now that I am spending a ridiculous amount of money to get it removed and redone professionally by someone else who I can trust. I can't speak for the other tattoo artist but I would never recommend Lenore as a tattoo artist for anyone.

Got my nose pierced by Michelle and it phenomenal! She was so kind and explained everything she was doing which definitely helped calm my nerves! I will definitely go back for any more piercings! The environment was so friendly and welcoming; the shop was clean and everything is sanitized where we can see it so I knew for sure! The jewelry options are amazing and the prices are very reasonable! 100000000% recommend!
