★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kira is phenomenal!!! I went and got a tattoo done by her and not only was she awesome, but her work is amazing! Her lettering is beautiful and very clean!! I walked in, talked to Kira to show her my reference photos and she went to the back and took about 15 minutes to draw up the design and came back and we got to work! I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past I have had great experience with this studio, and the artist I went to did excellent work.
However, I recently lost a $200 deposit due to a misunderstanding in an email I sent. I strongly suggest more detailed instructions given to customers on how to word a "request to reschedule" that is not an actual cancellation. Learning from my situation, I don't want to see anyone else lose their deposit based on the "interpretation" of an email or voicemail.
I love the artists and staff, but strongly disagree with the decision of the owner to not consider the intention of my inquiry, but rather, point the finger at the artist and staff. The owner is ultimately responsible for the actions of the artists and the staff. I lost a lot of respect for the owner, seeing how they dealt with my situation.
Disappointment aside, I look forward to getting more ink done by this studio and DO recommend them to others based on the caliber of the work these professionals produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get my lobes pierced, unfortunately i can’t remember the girls name who did it but she was amazing. very clean and you could tell she enjoyed what she was doing and was knowledgeable about piercings. definitely will be going here for my first tattoo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to see Johnny De to get a tattoo that would be about my sons and when they were born. From the moment I met Johnny and looking at his Art Work and Tattoo Work I was excited. I told him the things I wanted on my tattoo and the rest gave him artistic freedom as I genuinely seen his work and knew it was going to be amazing. Super awesome to work with, very clean and professional and you can tell he strives for excellence and wants to ensure that you are happy with his work. He must have checked in with me 3 or 4 different times to ensure we were both happy with the design before we got going. First tattoo and I sat there for 5 hours while Johnny worked and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff there are all amazing and I now only recommend this spot and Johnny. When the tattoo healed, no scabbing, no peeling, no nothing. Amazing aftercare recommendations and they were fun and friendly to deal with. I don’t know how Johnny is going to top this on our next visit but I’m excited to keep going. Make an appointment with Johnny and trust me when I tell you it’s worth the wait. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my first tattoos and couldn't have asked for a better experience everyone is so friendly and professional and really talented , Nick Padlecki did my tattoos and i will definitely be returning, clean lines and vibrant colour. also got a piercing done here and had the experience was just as fantastic, very sweet and made the whole process very easy. 10/10 place

Our first call, to another tattoo biz ended when the receptionist was confusing and rude.
It made us uneasy, so we moved on.
We were able to get in the next day and it was more than satisfactory!
2 of us got 2 tatts a piece. She was professional and proficient.
Easy going and able to hold a great conversation. The other staff members were just as nice and supportive . I will recommend this place, especially Kira to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I don't think I've ever been to a shop that treated the clients so well. After missing a conversation with my artist I drove over an hour up there for my appointment. Only to find out my artist was moving that day and had tried to reschedule
Well, my embarrassment, but another artist was quick to take over. Had me give her a design and she got it up and on my leg. It turned out wonderfully, although, because I'm a wimp, it still needs colour.
Still, I have never been treated better. I can't believe how much the shop went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with ink. So very pleased

Update....I now have about 18 tattoos from Kira! She is awesome. The staff is still amazing. It's like my second family. I highly recommend to anyone. They have artists to cover any style you want. I am and will continue to get all my tattoos here!
