β β β β β Recently renovated to bring a fresh look to the store. More seating now available since removing the children playground inside. Slight improvement of fountain drink choices now which certainly takes monotony out of drink selection. Location is good. Quality of food dropped a few notches hence removal of a star. Took another star away for the staff insisting on presenting actual two paper coupons for the exact offer. They will not accept one paper coupon and just double the exact offer. I am not asking for comps here, I am asking for just adding another order for the coupon offer and I am paying for it. Inconvenience me to go back to my car and tearing another coupon off. Yes, your app has coupons but it's not the same as your mailer. Eventually, you might want to have customers access your coupons and redeem them electronically on the app or in person. They need to explore more AI technology

β β β β β When we got to window, we were asked to wait in parking lot for our order. I counted 32 cars go threw. 27 minutes. I hit the horn,threw my arms up, and all of a sudden our order came out. Haven't been back since .

β β β β β Burger was satisfactory, meal prep can't count to 5, only got 4/5 jalapeno bites, unless she got hungry as she was serving them and ate one of mine. Annoyed.

β β β β β I am a fan of Burger King, as far as fast food goes I enjoy it. However my last order from here they actually put rotten lettuce on our burgers. Iβm not saying a little off, this was completely rotten partially decomposed. It was so obviously rotten that it would almost have to be intentional. I normally like to leave positive reviews but this was absolutely horrible. This location needs to seriously address their standards.

β β β β β It was a first and very negative experience. After my money was collected in the counter they asked me to park aside for my meal to delivered to me. I waited for nearly 45 minutes while seeing them busy serving skip the dishes agents. So frustrated walked in to ask for meal ,and the lady said sorry she was too busy and forgot. I came home and found that they charged me for 6 pieces of Mozerella cheese sticks but served me just 4. Very first and bad experience

β β β β β We decided to try and have the royal experience. We decided to go to the kings house. Burger King. We downloaded the app and went to the offers page. Amazing savings. We will never pay regular price again. We ordered the whopper combo for the adults, the junior whopper combo for the kids. We added chicken fries and the original chicken sandwich. And wow. Did the King deliver. The meal was cheap and yummy. The line up in the drive through was long but it was quick. Clear speakers, great service and priced we. Can't wait to try and do the dine in experience. Make sure you get the app as you will save a ton of cash . Thank me later

β β β β β The first time we went here we were delighted with the offers on the app and we had quite a good service. So, we went for the 2nd time and this time we had unpleasant experience. As you can see in the photo, I got bothered (a little grossed out) by some stuff on my egg which looked like a bug to me.. brought it to the attending staff's attention just so they can be careful the next time and hopefully, for them to look into the matter.. it's just sad that it was shrugged off and they didn't even offer an apology.. oh, well.. I didn't expect them to be super clean but I guess I expected a better customer service..
