★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a mozza burger disgusting. Basically no flavour dry like it sat for 2 hours . Then there's the staff ignorant . Ya don't basically slap the burger in a customer's hand. I will never give this location a dime anymore. Going across the road to the petro canada a&w . Better service tastier burgers. This location big fail .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order apple/orange juice here- it's always watered down. I've mentioned this multiple times when ordering and it never changes. It's easier to go across the street to the A&W in the Petro Canada station and get proper products.

Not even a rush time. Tables were disgusting, very hard to find one clean.
We weren't ask if we wanted cheese on our burgers, my partner can't have dairy at all.
The waitress wasn't very courteous, very rough and abrasive.
Really an unpleasant experience all together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering breakfast at A&W because I was told it was delicious; get my bag, bring it home, open up my bag, and find that my Bacon Egger had a burger bun instead of the English muffin pictured. The staff did not inform me that they were out of English muffins. Has brown was disgusting and mushy inside. I am a McDonald's regular for breakfast, I am thoroughly disappointed that a breakfast costing more is made so cheaply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier, person taking the orders, had her back to the counter, she was more focused on packing orders for the drive thru and wasn't focusing on the dine in customers resulting in one gentleman leaving the restaurant. The restaurant was very dirty, all of the tables needed wiping and the floor needed sweeping. During the lull, when it wasn't busy, instead of cleaning the two girls on shift were busy talking about varicose veins. The men's washroom was absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service, food was good, but it is very obviously understaffed. Also A&W, this makes zero sense, a plastic cup, plastic lid, paper straw that falls apart before you can even finish your drink. Please do better there are other options and this is ridiculous.

The store is getting one star for not greeting me when I approached counter. -1 star. I said thank you when the cashier handed me the food. She turned around and walked away without a word. -3 stars
Luckily Can buy the this brand of food anywhere. No excuse for rude employees. Time for this location to review your hiring and training procedures.
