Gentle, precise, and so welcoming! The day I Went my friend had to wait a while due to a shortage of workers but experience was overwhelmingly positive! Love my nails!

My daughters got services at Rose's Nails. But never come back here because only one lady is really nice and professional she's name LAN. The owner is fine. My daughters came here from 9 months. During this time got others two lady's on different times one person was very bad services and LAN fixed a problem, and other lady was unprofessional. We don't recommend this place. Unfortunately LAN still working some time there.

I was given manicure by Hanna and she did an amazing job. We didn't talk much, which I like.I'm very picky with my manicure and it takes a lot to satisfy me.

I had booked an appointment over the phone for today and sent an email with the nail design I wanted. They said they could do something similar. When I showed up they didn't have any of the gems in the picture, only silver ones. Then they told me to wait 10 minutes for their boss who apparently had the gems. Then they kept asking if I'd booked an appointment. Then they said the boss isn't coming because she was busy. Honestly so shocked at the poor communication, I just sat there shocked, drove out here at 38 weeks pregnant to get some nice nails for my labor and told to wait but they basically told me to leave because they couldn't do what I had asked (different gems). Ended up going elsewhere. ((Update)) I have attached the picture showing that I called to book the appointment on Sunday for me and my friend (who wasn't able to come). The manager even called me moments before they wrote this response asking "did you book by email" and I said nope by phone, so they hung up thinking I was the wrong person....so how did you get my number then? ?? Please don't accuse me of not booking, it's embarrassing, this is clearly your number.

Will definitely be returning. Staff was super accommodating and helpful. Did an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows . Salon was clean, lots of plants, and customer service was imppecable . Highly recommend this place

I was costumer with them for more then 5 years, and I use to go there every second week. But the last time I went there they told me price but they were busy so they told me to go the next day I went the next day and the price was changed $20 extra . And she started to talk in her language. I understand price changes after 4 years ? but not after 24 hours and your employees leave me on the chair and started talk in her language and go with out trying to fix anything with her costumer !!!

The ladies here always make my nails look great. However, I came earlier this week and the lady with blonde hair was very pushy. She was forcing me to pick a colour and didn’t give me enough time to decide. It was an uncomfortable experience. In addition, I wouldn’t come here to get my armpits waxed again based on my experience last year. They made me sit on a chair out in the open. Customers came in and stared while I got my armpits waxed. There was no privacy whatsoever. The lady doing it didn’t even wipe off the deodorant and excess oils off my armpit before waxing.

On April 30,2022 I went to get my eyebrows waxed,it was not done well and the lady that did it was very impersonal and unfriendly. What resulted after was extremely unprofessional and nothing more than sheer greed and inconsideration for clients. * Please read to the end, " Customer Beware!" I was charged twice in my account for my wax which was $21.00. My bank app notified me that there is a duplicate charge. I went down to Rose Nails and showed them my electronic bank statement for duplicate charge. I spoke with the manager via telephone and she ensured that she would call me back the next day as she will have her debit company look into this in order to reimburse me. I waited for 2 weeks, no call. I called yesterday to follow up and the owner insisted that I was not charged twice. I then became furious and went to my bank. My bank teller spoke to the owner ensuring that I was charged twice and that a statement is being printed to verify info on my behalf /account....The owner still argued that she will look into it with her debit card company (something she already promised to do two weeks ago). My bank then said they will be doing a investigation as the funds were taken twice. The owner then immediately said she will (REFUND MY MONEY BACK the min the BANK Said they will INVESTIGATE to get my money back! It should not have taken the banks investigation to refund me money that you wrongfully took. To make it worse they had no regards for my feelings,time and consideration as a CUSTOMER. And all for $21.00. I hope it was worth it as I now know that behind the scenes Rose Nails is ran by, greed, lack of customer service and appreciation. You knew you were wrong but was willing to double charge me for $21.00 until I fought back! I have lost all respect as this is a company with NO FINANCIAL INTEGRITY TO CUSTOMERS. Keep this is mind when looking for a nail spa and spend your money where you as a customer is VALUED and APPRECIATED and will not be decived, lied to and UNHEARD!???
