L	LordofYumYum Vlogs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. Placed a mobile order in advance, went to pick up before they closed. My original eta was an hour. Upon arriving was told that they do not have Telera bread and would not be able to make my roast beef. They said the grill was already cleaned with chemicals. They offered bagels instead of Telera and chicken instead of the beef. Food was bland, hard and end of day stuff they just mildly reheated. I would recommend retraining of staff/management and a boycott until customer service gets better.

Staff was touching the top of the lid where you bring your lips to sip coffee for an about 15 seconds while waiting coffee to be brewed. No gloves. She touched everything there, machine, money etc. If you order XL coffee, just images how many times you will lick that cup. P.S. Some people take off plastic lids and drink coffee as with regular coffee mug.

S	Shamso Abdi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the slowest tims I came across. I came to work 20 mins early and spent most of it waiting for a cup of tea. A CUP OF TEA...... hot water and a tea bag. I didn't even bother waiting for a refund ? ? Terrible Terrible customer service ??

When i told them that I ordered for not everything bagel nd told them to return it. their short chinese lady (midddle aged) her behaviour was so rude even one somali girl tall one was so rude told me to throw it. I want to throw on their face. They dnt know how to give customer service. I never see this kind of behaviour anywhere at tims. They are worst than worst. Management should be changed.

To only be nearly told to leave by security because I was here early. Your manager is a rude person who wouldn't even listen to me just letting her know hours are posted wrong. How am I suppose to know they don't open until 11 on Sundays when nothing says that. basically just called security because I was waiting for them to open. I just wanted a coffee on my Sunday morning and I Now can't get coffee here because they got irritated I wanted to stand here. So now I have to get coffee somewhere else. Something needs to be fixed the manager here is always rude. And the service is always slow. This place is the worse time Hortons in edmonton this lady is just a complete abuse of power I am getting denied service cause I wanted to stand here. And wait till they open
