★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped to grab a poutine around 8:45 pm today. The fella who served me was super friendly, greated me with a smile and had amazing fry basket skills! He made my poutine quickly and even suggested a movie to go with it. I wasn't expecting an extraordinary experience , I will be back. On that note that fella deserves a raise - it's nice to see that people still take the time to make people smile :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always enjoyed fries here since I was a kid; I still do now, until recently. I ordered a Beef Lovers Poutine, but it was not what I remembered when I ordered it the last time I was there. This time there was no beef at all. What I got was the bottom of the pot and it was all sauce with bits and scraps of beef. Not even a single chunk of beef was insight, but of course the cheese curds and fries is always good. I definitely was not impressed. It's like no order is ever alike, and never the same quality. I'll just order a plain fries next time, as their poutine seems to be getting worst. There are so many other places that serves better poutine with better quality. I only give 2 stars because I do still enjoy the fries itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week was the first time in this fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the exceptional dishes and booze and with the friendly pay. We will no doubt return there soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with this location! As a parent of a Type 1 diabetic I often have to resort to checking out nutritional values( Carb counting) before my child can eat. Most times that information is not available in store and often not even available online. I was very pleased the other day when asked if there was any nutritional information online that the person serving me whipped out a sheet with all the information I needed right there at my fingertips! Another staff member even suggested I take a photo for future reference! This may seem small to some but to someone living with T1D, this is everything!!! The poutine we both ordered was amazing and we will indeed return to this location. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only giving this place 1 star. Does anyone else notice the manager is always so unpleasant....today there were 3 employees in the back serving customers and 2 more employees in street clothes hanging over the counter where the toppings are kept at the front. The manager and one of the boys hanging over the counter talked badly about another co worker.
then the ones in street clothes went to where the food was being prepared to charge his phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I stop at Londonderry Mall. I make sure to stop at New York Fries for a quick snack. The young man yesterday Dec 4th around 5ish spoke very clear and to the point with an great attitude. Fast service and the cooks back there are working fast and hard to get the food out to the costumers. Very impressed thank* you so much we appreciate the hard work.
