★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a disaster to deal with. The technician was rude and demanding. The main line wouldn’t return my calls. They promised to waive the inspection fee if I used them to install my new dishwasher. I agreed and they tried to charge both inspection and installation fee. Wouldn’t recommend and will never use them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $150 just for diagnosis which ends up being taken out of the overall price if you fix it with them. So a minor $50 issue would cost you $200. They said the estimated price could range from $200 - $600. I asked if I could drop off the washer to save a couple of dollars but they said they only do mobile.
To expensive for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a washer repaired, Mike, our technician was there on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He got us a quote to fix it and ordered the part right away. We appreciated that he had some time the evening before our appointment so called and asked if we would like him to come fix it rather than wait until the next day which was a three hour time window.
I can only say good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone. They will without a doubt, be our go to for appliance repairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them check out my fridge which was not cooling properly. They just tested the wires and told me everything’s working and it must be ice buildup.
Not very happy with the 20 min service which costs me $126.00. They didn’t even inform me of the built in future to defrost a Samsung fridge which anybody can do, they just informed me of the $800.00+ repair.
However..... they did come out for service the next day after I called.
Update: It’s been over a year and my fridge hasn’t froze up again with the little info I found on the internet. I run the defrost once a month.

Fixed my washing machine and showed me how to take care of my washer to make sure it keeps working properly. He even went above and beyond to show me how to fix my sink that is clogged. Was a great friendly experience. The price was fair and reasonable and I would totally recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repair. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He said it was the motherboard that was broken on water - dryer. A month + later he comes to install the board only to let us know he ordered the wrong one. Another month goes by and he installs new board. Well it wasn't the motherboard because it is still broken. Paid $650 for nothing.

The technician was able to identify the problems and executed repairs and adjustments which resulted in a fully functional door and therefore an operable dishwasher as before.
