Wonderful intake staff at the call in got me set up for an appointment within a week of my call and given the pandemic, I was impressed.
Appliance Repair Specialist Mike arrived on time and with a mask on. He proceeded to assess and quote the work that had to be done on my fridge and provided a quote before starting any work. The repair came in just a he predicted in terms of time and I paid just what he quoted.
Mike was respectful and tidy in his work. All supplies that I asked for arrived with him for the call, so there was no return visit needed.
I would use this company again in heartbeat. Highly recommend the team at Maysfield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place! We just bought a machine and had it delivered and installed. It was a used machine and had an issue so we brought it back in. The staff were so incredible about the whole thing and allowed us to do a direct trade with another machine. There is always a risk buying used appliances but when you have a dealer that is so helpful, friendly and honors their warranty it makes it worth it. These guys are amazing!

I did some research online and after determining which product would be a good replacement, I came across Maysfield Appliance. I was a little uncertain about making a big purchase sight unseen, but Louana (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was super helpful! She arranged for next day delivery/installation/old refrigerator removal, and her team coordinated with my tenants before they arrived. I received a message from my tenants after they left - and they were extremely pleased with not only the product, but the professional and friendly service they received. Thanks to the team at Maysfield for making this such an easy and efficient experience!

Luckily I found a fantastic deal on the exact same model I already have and was very happy with my purchase. Great staff with lots of knowledge. I would be back in a heartbeat

The space he had to install the new appliance was very awkward and difficult and he persevered and got it to work without any complaints or trouble. It is refreshing to see and have people with this form of attitude and work ethic in their job. Thanks guys! I appreciate it! Lee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week after checking the reviews for Maysfield, I decided to just check out what appliances were available & wound up buying exactly what I was looking for: black glass top stove & washer dryer set. Staff were very helpful & accommodating & prices were very reasonable & in my price range. Today the appliances were delivered in the time period I was quoted by two very efficient, friendly & helpful young men. They quickly removed my old stove, set up the new one & then installed the washer & dryer. We had a slight problem with unhooking the old washer but they dealt with that & completed the installation. Overall I am very impressed with Maysfield Appliance & Repair & their staff & have no problem recommending them.

Had a little issue with the washer (not their fault) and they came and put it right within a few days. Great service good prices and nice people to boot!
