★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've took my dog here twice, the first time the lady who did it was amazing. But the second time it was a different lady, she told me he doesn't deserve being treated in a way because i washed him too much, i'm sorry but my dog runs in the yard and he gets real dirty and stinky, I'm not going to let him run around in my house in that condition. Like i guess sorry for keeping him clean..... My dog was matted, and that is why i took him into grooming. I love my dog, i treat him like a baby. I got a friend to pick up my dog , my dog had a cut under his eye and she packed all my dogs hair in a bag and gave it to me.....i don't understand what you want me to do with it. She told me that my dog didn't like getting his hair cut, he was scared. Well of course first of all he doesn't know who you are, he's probably scared of the razor and the noise. My dog is even scared when i cut his hair. Grooming is great like i said, but this ladies attitude towards customers needs to change or your going to start loosing customers. A friend actually recommended this place to me, i told her about the incident and they too had a similar problem with the lady's attitude and assuming we're terrible owners, when we are the type to spend so much money to take good care of whatever our dog may need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time for Cocoa-bear...was concerned as some reviews were negative but my plans changed for the weekend and Canine Quarters could take him in on short notice.
We found Terry quite polite, courteous and friendly. She enquired about any special care for Cocoa-bear and we left him in her care.
Cocoa-bear was properly groomed and for his dandruff she had used medicated shampoo. He looked so handsome and my daughter was impressed how well she did his paws. Looks like a piece of fine furniture, the paws that is, she said. Lol
Very happy with the service.
Cocoa-bear was calm.
Will take him to Terry again.
Job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE been taking my dogs here for several years in fact they went today and came home beautiful and happy playing fetch and raci g around the house! Terri is a wonderful and calm person who takes very good care of my dogs and is always attentive and professional when speaking with me. She does take her time and this is worth it to me. I recommend canine quarters as a safe place to have your dogs groomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I won't be returning. The lady was very sweet and kind but I struggled with some of the things that were done. She immediately put my 94 lbs giant schnauzer in a very small crate he could not stand or turn around in. The facility was disgusting I was worried he would catch some type of skin infection....then the cut was very patchy not smooth or even. His eye brows were crooked and he had bald patches around his eyes. He had a scratch in his ear and has rashes on his underlegs and elbows. So unfortunately as nice as the lady was I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A solid groom! Not a fancy place with reception and nice waiting area. Expect a very dog show feel to the place. But the grooming is fantastic! Only place I've found in Edmonton that knew how to properly groom my hairless Chinese crested. Definitely reccomend!
