D	Deb Hollinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying a lot of groomers in Durham Region a lady at the dog park referred me. I have to say that these ladies do an amazing job with my senior Pomeranian. They always have on file previous information about my dog’s health, temperament and my grooming preferences. My fur baby always comes out looking gorgeous and most importantly she’s always happy and calm showing no signs of stress! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

You can pay either with cash or an etransfer, but she wanted nothing to do with any security question and answer. She told me to go and get the cash and to hurry up because she had an appt..PARDON ME ! I go and pick my dog up and they go on at length about why they dont want the security question and answer. But at that point i could have cared less about that i was upset at they way she spoke to me, and she was rude when i first arrived to drop my dog off, i opened the door to go in and she came running at the door saying Get out you cant come in here go and stand outside the gate until i come out. I should have listen to my gut and left right then. I told her i hope you treat the animals better than you do the customers. Its a mother and daughter business, the daughter was nice, its the mother, the boss, whos rude.she needs to stay home.

He was a happy and content fella when all finished. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you!

He looks AMAZING and most importantly he was happy when we picked him up. Their attention to detail was evident and I appreciate that they listened to our request to maintain his “bear face” look. We’ll definitely be back!

(google it) My dog suffered with scratching and vet meds for years. One good bath with the Thera Clean and it stopped! Not only was he clean but also calm and happy. You bet we have our next appointment booked and will never go anywhere else ever again. Brenda J

Sandy was quick with email responses and had an appointment for me which met my needs. Super friendly service, and when we brought Lola in, and then got her back happy, smelling fresh and looking pretty in a few short hours, I knew that I would be telling my parents to keep bringing her to Barks and Bubbles from now on!! Thank you for a great first experience! We will be back!!

Theresa was very attentive and kind - our dog Frankie is super nervous for grooms but he came out looking so adorable! And it was so fast too! They also do an outdoor drop off/pickup and allow for etransfer so it seems about as safe as you can get re: Covid - we really appreciated that. Thanks again for such great service!
