We successfully closed the sale of the family house in Enfield and I can't say enough good things about every aspect of dealing with the Hinchey Homes team. The quality of work and level of professionalism was second to none throughout the entire process. The house had been in the family for over 50 years and while it was a great solid building, it was quite outdated on a number of levels. When we decided to put the house up for sale, we met with Shawn and went over which options made sense for bringing the house to market. From initial discussions on possible directions that we could go, we opted for a major effort including numerous items/repairs that would bring the house to current standards and allow it to reflect what today's housing market demands. The Hinchey team took on every aspect of this reno from working with us on design ideas and then handling the entire project management portion- which included engaging and coordinating multiple trades to take the house from its' tired appearance to the final point where the it was totally refreshed and up to current standards and beyond. Having conducted a few major renovations ourselves, we have a great understanding and apprecation for the amount of effort and attention to detail required to keep things running smoothly. With the Hinchey team perfoming all project management tasks, it was a very stress free experience from our end. There were no major glitches throughout the project and communication was top notch. Every Hinchey member that I dealt exuded high levels of competence and a great can-do attitude. There were also other team members behind the scenes making things work flawlessly. We did put a lot of trust into the judgement and performance of the Hinchey team for this major project, and they did not disappoint in the least. Once the house was ready, we turned it over to the Hinchey Marketing Machine which listed and sold the house in less than a week. We were certainly put into a more profitable position when all was done and said, but the family also gained a great deal satisfaction knowing that the home they all grew up in will continue on for more generations - and that is something that has a level of value beyond money. We found Nicole Montgomery when we reached out to Hinchey Homes to see a property they were representing. Although we didn’t bid on that house, we decided we would stick with Nicole until we found our dream home.
