β β β β β Greg was excellent to work with. I was a first time home buyer, Greg guided me on buying a home. Greg consistently sent properties to me that would interest me, really tailoring his service for me. Greg would set up viewings soon after requesting.
Greg would share his vast knowledge of homes in various states, ensuring that customers would never overpay for a property. Greg never pressured you into buying a home, rather let you choose what house to put a bid on. Greg was available all hours, for viewings and putting in offers.
I would recommend anyone looking for a home to buy to work with Greg, no negative experiences with him.

We struggled to find a good realtor but when we spoke with Greg we knew that he was everything we were looking for. Patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and he took time for us. Not just does he has great knowledge about the market but he is also well versed in many technical and construction aspects which allowed us to be more confident in our purchase.
He went above and beyond anything we expected and we are convinced that without his great negotiation skills we would have not been able to get our dream home.
