β β β β β A professional and caring expert! Dylan helped us sell our first home and upgrade to our dream forever home. The time he put in to make sure that we were as happy as we could be should not be understated. Dylan answered all of our 1000 questions in detail ( VERY quickly), and provided us with accurate advice that reflected his experience in the market. He made sure that we did not settle and that we were happy with every aspect of both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. He was a strong advocate for us, using his knowledge of the market and his relationships in the industry to make sure we were covered at each step in the process! It really felt that Dylan cared about client experience over everything.

You can tell he truly cares about his career and the people he works with by the positive energy, determination and passion shown throughout the entire process! Dylan made both the buying and selling portions super relaxing and stress free which it not something to take lightly because the process of buying/selling can be extremely stressful, especially in the wrong hands. I am overjoyed and ecstatic to share that Dylan checks all the boxes when looking for a real estate agent. He is super calm, informative, highly communicative and the biggest plus being that he puts his CLIENTS best interest first. I could not recommend Dylan more! β β β β β Wow! Working with Dylan Cherry is amazing. Very professional, reliable , honest, knowledgeable and easy going and has other qualities that are hard to find in many realtors. Buying a house, Dylan understood our needs and was always available to answer our questions and give us guidance. During open house, Dylan took his time to making sure there are no hidden surprises with the house and He worked well with our mortgage broker. Throughout the process, he explained very well all the steps and what to expect. He made finding our new dream house a stress free, fun and unforgettable experience.
Selling our condo, Dylan made the process incredibly simple. He gave us staging tips and provided a professional stager, videographer and photographer. When we saw our listing we were blown away and potential buyers also fell in love with our condo that the condo was sold within 24 hours of being on the market and we are extremelly happy with the outcome. I recall being very specific with what I was looking for, Dylan did the absolute best to provide me with exactly what I was looking for! We looked for several months not wanting to over pay in a crazy market and he made it happen! When it came to selling our house Dylan set us up with an amazing stager who made our house look like a million bucks!
