★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a machine to get fixed. The guy said it’s usually half an hour diagnostics at $110/hr. Seemed ok...There’s no way it took 5 hours but I got charged for it. $550, cheap $5 hose is all it needed. Reviews were good so I trusted their expertise. Had a used one in better condition than mine lined up to buy for $500 but $609 to get mine back. Left a voicemail complaining about the unreasonable cost and time supposedly spent but no reply.
