★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is really amazing, though in any apartment has floss but the service is really excellent. Dennis is always and prioritized what we need, there is no perfect apartment but this building feels us we are in condo that really give us excellent service. Some of my friends surprised in the ambiance and style of the unit asking us if this is a condo and it is really beautiful, So thankful to Dennis because he is really nice and great assisting us all from the start until now. I will really recommend this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the best managed apartment complexes in Edmonton. Dennis and his team are seriously incredible, I have not seen a better managed apartment. The units are clean, organized, and modern. Lots of room as well, I was surprised with how tidy the unit was when we did our move in inspection. Units can get hot at times, so having a fan is necessary. The area is great as well, lots of nature, walking trails, lakes, etc. Underground parking is available and the spaces are quite spacious, lots of room to get your car in. The walls are thick so there is no noise pollution, you can't hear anything except for above and below, but only if the sound is very loud. Any issues that arise are addressed by Dennis in a timely fashion, he does a excellent job fixing problems.
Overall 5/5 stars, I love living here and recommend anyone to pursue this apartment. Hope Dennis gets a promotion or raise soon, he does a great job running this place and it shows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to this complex just a couple of months ago and I must say that it is absolutely beautiful. I can’t specifically say what the other units are like but the one I have is spacious and bright with a huge window in the main area and large windows in the bedrooms as well. My unit had newly laid carpet and fresh paint. Beautifully updated! The maintenance requests are answered quickly and efficiently which makes living here amazing. The area is always clean and quiet.
The management is friendly and very good to deal with. No complaints from me!
I would absolutely recommend living here!
