★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place because it's a quiet building and they're always doing updates and I feel safe coming home at night but the rent after your lease is done be aware of a huge increase and it's really hard to tell them during this pandemic your hours have been cut they may give you twenty bucks off but the rent is it jumps up after your lease is done
