R	Ryanne Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I walked into this salon on the off chance they had an appointment. They got me in really quick. Kristen had a spot open and I sat in her chair. I told her about how I have hated my last many years of hair cuts because everyone I had seen had refused to thin my hair as much as I ask for for various reasons. I have extremely thick, fine hair!! Kristen thinned my hair as I asked and I just love my haircut after so many years. Thank you so much for listening to me and after so long giving me what I want. I also want to say that there are so many times I have paid $60-$90 for a haircut because it is thick and takes so much more time. I paid $40 for a cut and she curled my hair very nicely.

It wasn’t a bad looking haircut but after showing a photo and describing how I wanted my hair, she said she would just tweak it to suit my features but she ended up cutting it 3inches shorter than I wanted it. She sort of took charge of the hairstyle and it was overwhelming. It looks okay but I was pretty disappointed as it’s really inconvenient for my lifestyle and was not at all what I was anticipating/wanting. Unfortunately, petty disappointed with my experience. Update: Sam - the owner of the Salon - called to follow up and was very kind and accommodating. It really shows that he cares about his business and his clients.
A	Amber Lynn Seymour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for a new salon to try on the North end and stubled upon this studio. The reviews were great so I decided to go with it. I was not disappointed at all! I went in for highlights and after the owner, Sam seen how badly my hair was he took the absolute best measures possible to ensure my hair got the best care, he fixed the colouring issues and gave me the best cut I've had in awhile. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. The conversation was good and I felt very comfortable. I have blonde hair and it's tough to find a salon who can give you the best blonde possible. Sam nailed it. He provided me with great aftercare instructions and product. For the first time in a long time I walked in the door and my husband said "WOW!" I will definitely be back!

She was very friendly and not overly chatty, which is perfect for me because I like to relax and not relay my life story the entire time I'm in the chair. She did such a good with the cut - it came out better than I could have imagined. Very reasonably priced too, I will definitely be returning in the future!!

We did a massive change with my long, curly hair and he masterfully gave me a gorgeous undercut/mohawk that was better than the pictures I showed him for inspiration!
