★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This woman Elaina was the worst customer service rep I have ever experienced. I went in for a loan and she was so nice to start, but once I started to explain my situation for my loan and asking questions about my loan, she kept cutting me off. She was very rude, and spoke in a condescending manner. I am a shy person and like she personally victimized me to make me feel bad, her demeanor is so overwhelming that I felt like she was going to jump over the counter to start a scrap. Her service is a joke. Would not recommend her to anyone who values their time or money. If I could give her ZERO STARS I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially posted a negative review of Blue Copper due to some frustration I experienced with the Edmonton location which after discussing with owner Dave in Calgary was resolved completely and to my satisfaction.
Dave is a very hands on owner who is very caring, compassionate and very concerned about helping out his clients going above and beyond your expectations. A rare thing to find in today's dog eat dog world.
I will always be grateful to Dave and Blue Copper for helping me out in an urgent situation when others give you the run around.
I highly recommend Blue Copper if you are looking for fast efficient service from a very decent lending company. You will not be disappointed.

Paula made the whole process go smooth. I would most definitely recommend going to see Paula if you need a little extra help. She is very bubbly friendly courteous and was finished in a timely matter. Definitely will be my choice of payday loan company highly recommended
