★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst BMO Branch to go to. Went to deposit a business bank draft and girl at teller was so mean. Asking stupid questions simply because amount was big. Asking me if l have receipts of the bank draft from cibc. Slow like snail. Worst BMO Branch. I am a bmo customer for over 5 yrs now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and show up 30 mins late to your appointment. Don’t worry, they’ll make the next appointment wait if they’re on time. The 2 managers will sit and stare at them while they wait without helping them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem that could only be rectified by going into a BMO location. This branch had amazing customer service. The teller was understanding and very willing to help. The manager (?), Sonja Howell, helped me resolve the issue, acting on my behalf and going to bat for me. It was so appreciated and saved me hours of my personal time. I was so impressed with the lengths they went especially considering I'm not a BMO customer. I recommend this location for any potential BMO customer! Thank you for making my day!
