The worst Servus Branch so far I've experienced. Update: I heard this branch at Kenyon/Manning is closing..good for the public..this branch is useless esp the employees inside it..they are not there to help customers...good for you guys, you are closing. Finally..

We just got our mortgage for our new home with Mary from Servus. She was so easy to communicate with, answered all our questions and made the whole process comfortable. I would highly recommend Mary for anyone who needs a mortgage. We are now considering moving our personal account to continue banking with her. Thanks Mary

We have been banking at Servus Credit Union Manning for 12 years and I highly recommend this bank/branch. The staff are excellent and always make you feel welcome when you come in the branch. The 1-800 staff are also amazing and I have always been able to get done what I have needed at the time. Kevin has been awesome - has always helped us get through some tough times and goes out of his way to follow up to see how everything is going. Thank you Kevin and staff! You have helped us through some pretty tough times and we really appreciate you :)

I was not impressed with TD Canada Trust, so I switched to Christian Credit Union/Service Credit Union and I'm impressed with them, and happy I switched. Customer service was nice too!

I have been banking at Servus Credit Union for 25 years and have always been served well. We have taken out loans and mortgages and feel that we have been treated fairly. Of course we have a chequing and savings account also. I like the idea that you get something back from the bank with the more business you have with them. So over the years we have gotten several thousand in dividends from Servus. This branch is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. From my experience I would recommend coming here for your banking needs.

We had an issue with our mortgage renewal at another bank, we thought we had renewed it, but it failed electronically and no one had contacted us; the other bank auto renewed at 7% open… that’s a lot. Now, we had already been wanting to move our mortgage over to Servus CU, our chequing and saving accounts are already here and we had been pleased with the service we had back in 2019, so I called and wanted to make an appointment to figure all this out, see about moving our mortgage over or what could be done. AJ called me back: I told him what had gone on with the other bank, how we thought we had signed the electronic documents and how their financial advisor did not follow up at all with us. While he said he’d like our business, that if the other bank would go for the rate that we initially wanted to sign at back in Feb, to go for it, for he knew they couldn’t beat it and he didn’t want to pretend that he could. He provided advice about how to handle the other bank which gave us confidence. I had asked him why he changed jobs, from a previous bank to now Servus. His answer was honest; he really enjoys what he does and working at Servus CU gave him the better opportunity to help it’s shareholders who are us as members, instead of some stakeholders in Ontario, his words. Plus the chatter between the important questions is pleasant. I cannot speak to the tellers, or the reviews on here that speak of them, even so, should we ever need to discuss or prepare financial plans, we will ask to speak with AJ. Honest, to the point, forthcoming, quick, thorough, easy to understand and wanting to go the extra mile. He didn’t have to call me back the last time, but he did and our professional relationship with Servus CU is strengthened because he did these things. I must say, if you need any financial needs of investments and/or mortgages, I would recommend that AJ be your advisor Oh, and the only thing that Servus CU could improve upon is the software the advisors use, it’s a bit on the slow side. However, that isn’t at branch level, so giving this branch 5 stars.

Should be 0 stars. Stole my husband's money from his TFSA and 1 full week later still has not called him to replace it and allow him to withdraw. Straight up robbed. Had to go to FB and message to get them to call. Still tried to stall and now claim cheque will be mailed so still won't allow us to withdraw funds from our own savings account and forcing us to wait longer for the money they took! Don't use this place. They're crooks. Make bank service look nice.

Took my mother in to close out some accounts due to convenience issues. She needed to consolidate her accounts to her main bank but leave her RIF with Servus. Met with Lotte and Brenda. They were absolutely great. Explained the best way to close out some accounts and still an account for her RIF deposit. Both girls were polite and helpful. After everything was done they let us know they understood why we had to take the funds out but told us if we needed any financial advise in the future we’re always welcome back. A really nice experience all around.
