★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very quiet building. The insulation is superb as we never hear noises through the walls, floors,ceiling or plumbing. There is a key card or intercom protected entry. A small library is included in the welcoming foyer where you can sit and visit with friendly neighbours.
There is a large community meeting room available to residents. A social committee plans events throughout the year. If you are musically inclined there are regular jam sessions.
A games room is available to residents and has a pool and shuffle board table and tables for card games and puzzles. The exercise room has several pieces of equipment.
This building has Heated underground parking if you purchase it.
Located close to shopping, medical clinics, restaurants and the Royal Canadian Legion.
