If I could give this place zero stars I would, the management is a big run around and huge waste of time , an application that should take a day or two got dragged on for a week and a half they didn’t send the correct paperwork into head office, they blame you for forgetting to do things like taking copy’s or pictures or your drivers license/ giving you forms, won’t call you and contact you keeping you updated with anything you have to harass them all the other reviews about Wanda on here on true she doesn’t care about the tenants AT ALL. Her and tracy have no idea what they are doing I don’t know how they run this place. WORST experience I’ve ever had applying for a place and dealing with management there. So happy I will never be dealing with them again

Let’s start off by saying this place has so many problems and major issues that need to be addressed. Management is extremely poor, they give you the whole run around, Wanda and Stacy never answer their phone calls and emails, BUT only if it requires them losing money or making money would they reply promptly. They are very condescending and hate it when you stand your ground on major pressing issues. The apartments are nice inside yes, but the upkeep of appliances and safety devices are never up to par with what you see. The apartment hallways also look like a low rate cheap Motel with its horrible smells of cheap kitty litter deodorizing spray, elevator buttons are always missing, poorly painted walls. They literally slap white paint on it and call it a day. This is a fair warning to everyone who is looking for a home, this isn’t it. And the other reviews do not lie either.

Worst apartment experience of my life. Needed to leave 1 star as negative stars is unfortunately not an option. As people have previously stated the management is rude, doesn't care about their tenants and seem to be just in it for the pay cheque as they don't actually do anything. Phone calls are never returned, maintenance is not kept up with, and we even had them make changes to important documents after both parties had signed them and then say that the changes had been there before. This goes for Skyline Living as a company too... they only want to make money. They don't care about the people living in their suites. They took money off our security deposit without giving us notice and refuse to make changes even though is in violation of the Landlord and Tenant Act. As someone else said... I would NOT recommend these apartments to even my worst enemy. Obviously the people leaving good reviews are friends or relatives of the management.

I have loved my time at Brintnell Landing, Skyline living. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. Wanda has been nothing but helpful. I honestly don't know how Wanda takes care of all three buildings. I would recommend renting with this company any day. I have lived here 4 years and have been grateful the whole time. Thank you!

I lived here for a year, unfortunately my experience was troubling. The management staff were very unprofessional and don’t respond to the tenant’s complaint. The information they give are quite confusing and contradicting. The elevator was out of order most of the time. When I moved to the apartment, the apartment wasn’t painted, the carpet was not as clean as it was supposed to be. However, when you are moving out, they are very strict and try to take all your security deposit. They don’t treat people fairly. I had very bad experience. It took me almost a month to get my money, which was mistakenly withdrawn, back. My advice is if you are moving in or moving out, be vigilant and be ready for any challenges that might arise.

In general, I had a good experience Id say. Before I moved in I read all the reviews and was very worried about Wanda coming in to take over for Staceys maternity leave since the majority of her reviews are negative. But I was pleasantly surprised. Wanda returned all my emails within hours and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. She was always nice and I enjoyed dealing with her. Stacey on the other hand spent most of her time smoking outside of the office and ignored majority of my efforts to communicate and overall she was not great to deal with. But other staff like Tyler, were a joy to talk to and he was always very helpful. I can’t really speak on their repair abilities because luckily I never had any issues with my major appliances or anything. The one minor issue I had with a fire detector was fixed within days and I never had an issue with it after that so 10/10. The only major issue I had was with parking. We’d be assigned a stall and given the proper tag, use it for a little while then without warning, or explanation they’d give it away to someone else. It was a constant issue the entire year. In total we ended up having 5 or 6 different stalls. I’m not sure why they’re so unorganized with it but it was incredibly frustrating and annoying. Overall I’d recommend their property and hopefully they can get a little more organized to prevent future issues with other tenants.

people at this building are looking to get an underground parking spot and aren't granted it, when its their right, but this guy's able to take up two parking spaces and park this way just cause we works in the rental office.... hows that fair

This was the 3rd time coming back to these units because I knew after the first time that I could expect a clean a beautiful stay. Thanks to the friendly and efficient staff I was able to move through the application and approval process quickly and get into my unit. Happy to be here and thankful for the kind and calm customer service through a hectic move.
