My car was rear ended in a very minor collision and needed minor repair and paint. Darrell made the job sound as easy as it should of been and promised it would only take 2-3 days. My car was low mileage and in very good condition and I communicated my expactions for the repair; Darrell did not disagree. 4 days passed and having not had an update I went there in person. On arrival my car was complete and parked out front. The rear bumper was a completely different shade of red and there was overspray all over the underside of the car visible from behind. Darrell was away at this time. When I spoke to Darrell he agreed the paint did not match but defended himself and his employees saying this was a very difficult colour to match; contrary to what he told me on my initial visit. The bumper was repainted and some of the overspray covered with new paint. The bumper still did not match and overspray was still on the underside of the car. Darrell again justified their work with the difficulty of the project. 0/10 would have gone direct to a more reputable company in Edmonton and avoided the hassle.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM. The owner gave me a quote to fix some scratches on the back and the front of the car. When I went for the car, they fixed just the back part and charged the full price. Some scratches and dents were left on the right side. I noticed them and let him know for what he told me to come back (again) as early as possible on Monday which I did. That day, I waited for more than an hour, until 11:30 and nobody arrived. I left them a voice message letting them know I was there and if they could reach back which they never did. I don't trust them and not going back to waist my time.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! I have never had any experience with autobody shops but I’m so glad that I got connected with Darrell to bring my car to him first! My car was returned to me in amazing condition, seriously looks just as good as it did when I first bought it! And for a great price. I can’t say thank you enough!

Brought my car and my girlfriends car in as we both needed some work done. Darrell and his guys had both of our cars back to beautiful within a few days and didn't hurt our pockets at all. Service was quick, quality work and they'll give you a good price. 10/10 would recommend

I had a dream! I had a big dream and Hersche's Auto Body made it come true! I'm a Buick fanatic and needed panels swapped from one car to another including paint and mechanical work. I had contacted other body shops and they didn't show much interest and quoted me prices that were insane. Darrell took on my car dream and quoted a very reasonable price and the team did a fantastic job! I'm back to cruisin' in style! I cannot thank everyone enough and feel I've made pals for life! I will absolutely 110% go back and highly recommend! Cheers!

I do not write reviews often.. but I thought I would do someone a favour by hopefully saving yourself from not wasting your time or money here. One day I had an appointment and no one was there which wasn’t a surprise time after time this re accruing.. A gentleman informed me while I was waiting outside that the owner had been drinking in the shop basically the whole night and would be surprised if he even showed up and that his staff even went home because no one has a key but the owner apparently. I was trying to get my vehicle fixed to go back home to a family matter he was aware of the week prior when I had dropped my vehicle off the morning I found out my sister passed away so the week following and that happens. That was the day I was officially done with this joke of a place. Every time I had an appointment Darrel ( the owner ) would not be there when scheduled time and no one would help or have a clue what’s going on with my vehicle besides the owner which most the time he actually didn’t even know what was done other then telling me “ well it’s fixed “ after asking well what was it exactly you did to fix it.. I had been in there a couple times unfortunately because oddly enough I was even recommended this place. Read the reviews myself and thought I’d give it a shot even though there’s is fair bit of reviews like mine. This place has very poor communication skills. I would ask for diagnosis before going ahead with anything and never would call me to communicate what would need to worked on after discussion of what I’m having issues with and what pricing would be etc. Only once he informed me what pricing would be when I had asked because he never informed me the first time I took my vehicle in. I would just get a bill with no paper work attatched come pick up time with what was actually done and I would have to call to see if my vehicle was ready to be picked up well after time given that it would be. Are the prices fair ? Reasonable. That being said that’s it ! Like I said, i would not waste my time or money here. 1 star because someone that doesn’t even work there informed me about the owner not being there and via why.
