★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laughing at Pancake's spam review ? Sorry Jess! Now a REAL life review from a long time client! We met Jess a few years ago after our previous trainer moved away. Jess is an AMAZING trainer who keeps you motivated whether it's in person or over Zoom. She keeps workouts fresh, adapts to your limitations and strengths and is so much fun! My SIL, sis and I look forward to our sessions with Jess because she keeps our workouts HARD but fun. 10/10 recommend MGF & Jess for any ladies looking to start taking charge of their own health while having fun!
