Even days I didn’t want to go Because I was tired, I never regretted going and the workout was always amazing! Now in the world of covid Zoom has amazing a life line. I haven’t gone back into the gym yet and being able to keep working out with my family has been beyond words. Gord and Kim have created something truly magical.

This place, the coaches and the most amazing members encourage and motivate you to reach your goal! There is no judgment in this gym! Everyone welcomes any new members! I chose to do personal training and a customized meal plan and got such amazing results and have never felt better! Why do I chose PT in addition? Training with Gord does not only improve my overall physique but also strengthens my mental ability. The mental game is huge for athlete endurance, competitions. The PT actually prepares you to overcome obstacles that might be thrown your way in a race but also in daily situations. With him on your side you will reach the podium and any goals you set!!!

Recently, a spot opened and I took the plunge joining the in person classes. The workouts are always top notch, but in person they are even better! The community feel of this place is incredible and working out with others makes you accountable. I feel very supported and encouraged by the trainers here. The vibe is positive and the workouts really push you. The blend of weights and cardio ensure that you maximize your workouts. I can’t say enough good things about this club! Incredible workouts, supportive members and trainers and a great overall experience. Check them out -you will be sore, but you won’t be disappointed ;)
