We have a flat roof section, and they told me that they will get back to me to give me a quote for the flat roof. For two weeks, I heard back nothing. I keep calling the guy's cell number and their office number and left 4-5 messages. No response. After more than 2 weeks, finally somebody answered, and they said they will not do the flat roof. Wasted 2 weeks of my time that I could go with another contractor. update. in response to your comment on this review, it has been almost one year since this happened. You did not respond to any of my calls, vpicemails, and etc. and after one year you want me to contact you??? you should be ashamed of your service
D	Darren Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a roof done got a couple quotes Gentry was in the middle offering the best Warranty and Shingles. I decided to use Gentry and was very happy and so were 5 of my neighbors. If I ever move and need another roof I will definitely be giving Gentry a call
B	Bobby B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warranty is non existant, and they won't stand behind their workmanship. Use Blackbird or Turnball, neighbors use them and have no questions asked repairs. I tried and no callbacks and no emails returned. Very disappointing, for a few shingle repair they will pass up on repeat business. Stay away.
P	Paul Craig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our house lost a bunch of shingles during the recent wind storm. We had originally used Gentry to install the shingles about 8 years ago. Without any hesitation they were able to find our matching shingles and had the repairs done within 48 hours of the storm. Unbelievable Service and they did this repair at no cost. I would highly recommend Gentry as they have great customer service and workmanship.
S	Shaun Savoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stay away from Gentry. They installed a TPO roofing system for me and less than 1 year later it's leaking everywhere. The owner feels that for some reason it's the customers fault the roof was never installed properly. Now 3 years later, we need to have the roof replaced. Gave this guy ample opportunity to make it right and they just ignore our phone calls, text messages and email. I also find it cute that the owner Darren Peters left himself a nice review on here. I can only assume the other nice review by Logan Peters, must be related. If anyone would like to know more, I'd be happy to share the hundreds of photos and information on this nightmarish experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid using Gentry for anything. Update: Less than 24 hours after leaving this review, the owner Daren Peters called me. Asked if I wanted him to send a couple of guys, I declined the offer as I have now hired another contractor. What a joke! Apparently we didn't pay enough money for the warranty that is stated on the quote and the invoice. 20 years on workmanship and materials. Hiring these guys has probably been one of the biggest mistakes I've made in my life. Cost our company $50,000 and a lot of headache.
