The service there is amazing and everyone I have dealt with was a huge help. I wouldn’t consider going to any other place!

A few years ago my Dodge Ram was rear ended and was sent to the shop and last week a deer ran into the front end of my Ford F550 and I chose to come back. The body shop made all my arrangements, had a thorough walk threw with me and the vehicle to help determine any damages and even brought up and explained some I would never have seen - its amazing how things can twist and rebound off other components. Picking up the vehicles were without a hitch, completed in a short period of time and looked great. I not only would reccomend for insurance claims but if I have any work to be done on a personal note, I will be sure to come back again. Thank you Londonderry Collision!

They have a Detailer on staff (not sure if other shops do this) and my car looked immaculate when I picked it up!

All of the staff are very professional, kind, and kept me in the loop with updates on my car. My car was ready for pickup a day or two earlier than my insurance company said it would be. When I picked it up it was in immaculate condition and looked brand new. The fact that the interior was detailed prior to pickup was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. A week and a half later, another issue came up that I wasn't sure was related to the collision. It turns out that it wasn't, but Len took the time to take it for a test drive with me, inspected it, and determined what the issue was. I got the impression that they really wanted to help solve the problem, and as someone who doesn't know much about cars, I felt confident in the information they were giving me and left learning something new. I am so grateful that my car looks great and drives even better now. A stressful situation was made easier for me due to their amazing work and customer service. Thank you!!

I've been there for keying, T-Bone accident, front bumper backed into and a little bit of rust repair and every time I got it back, it looked better than ever! They even matched the metallic flecks in my paint. They also keep their word! They go over and above to make their customers happy!! Great professionalism, timelines and staff and Len!!
