★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jerry was amazing !!! I brought in a expensive home audio speaker. The company I purchased them from told me it was expensive to fix and they didn't have parts due to the pandemic .
I called Jerry, it was repaired in about 10 days .
Very happy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hero's don't always wear capes!! Sean is my HERO today!! I for no reason thought it was a good idea to add a password to my PC which gets stored on the hard drive - didn't create a password reset disc as didn't know I needed to - got locked out the first time I tried to log in and I swear I was putting in the right password and tried variations and couldn't get back in. My regular IT guy is in Richmond Hill which is an hour away 1 way - so I called a couple of places locally and Sean was awesome on the phone - I quickly rushed over and he had me all sorted out in 20 minutes and at a fair price AND saved me from having drive 2 hours round trip. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I'm so happy to now have a local IT guy!! I had called another locally however he told me it would take 2 hours to resolve....needless to say Gillco is my go to for any silly hiccups or any other issues. Full confidence in the Gillco team and especially SEAN!!!! Now I can breathe!! LOL

I was struggling to find a replacement relay for my microwave electronics board, another retailer recommended Gillco, stopped in and they were able to find me an equivalent replacement and tested it in a matter of minutes. Microwave works great now. Very reasonable price, excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

After calling many places to fix my Nintendo switch joycons and all answers were no, I called Gillco and he asked my issue and said he could help. I brought them in and within 2 minutes he was able to take out the tiny stripped screws, took me hours trying to get them out with only one successful attempt, I’m so thankful now I don’t have to go buy new joycons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find good, trustworthy people with your expensive electronics. Unfortunately prices arent cheap, but their service is excellent, and the warranty is good! The value is definitely there. Would return in a heartbeat. The younger guy (didnt get his name) was extremely helpful and transparent, and has great service skills.
