Trent is awesome to deal with ! He gets things done quickly which I love! With care and attention to detail.
The buisness itself recently relocated to a new bay and the new space is awesome with plenty of parking. Beyond that I love to support local and these guys are part of the community! Actively helping people who may otherwise not be able to have equipment for school and personal, I love all the community involvement and donations this buisness does in our community!

Trent is a great guy, saved my butt on multiple occasions with my older mac laptop that I use for work. He has completed repairs for me QUICKLY and WAY less of the cost or time Apple would take. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trent ( of Viro-Tek ) does a great job of dealing with the customer.... He does not make them feel badly because they don't understand something.
I had trouble with my new monitor. I have never had a monitor before.
I had hardware difficulties setting it up .
Trent took my system for about an hour or so and resolved the issue.
He is very knowledgeable and has effective problem resolution skills.
It was great working with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trent saved me from having to buy a new laptop, which I definitely cannot afford! I'm starting school at the end of the month and was getting very concerned as my laptop was getting worse and worse. It's 5 years old but I hoped it would hold out and work at least for my 3 month program. It got to a point of being super slow and wasn't doing updates, and just wasn't going to work for school. I took it in and Trent was able to fix it to working better than when it was brand new. For a price that I think was TOO reasonable. Go to see Trent!! Thank you so much!!

I was actually looking for another tech that we've dealt with and without hesitation he told me he knew him and that he moved location and that they actually help each other out. Even gave me his contact info. With such honesty as that I knew I could trust this guy so I gave him my business. Turns out that if he can't fix it he sends it to the guy I was originally looking for so now I've got 2 great reliable go-to guys. And Trent was open and honest about the repairs my equipment needed. Looking forward to getting it back better than how I originally bought it.
