★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that this place is amazing!! The staff were awesome and kind today. I was greeted right away but two friendly ladies at the front desk. I was a first timer so I was nervous but the lady who did my ultrasound was wonderful and even answered some questions for me. The two ladies who took me into the room to get my shot in the hip were fantastic and so was the doctor. My freezing didn’t take well....no fault of theirs, my moms side are like this, so I had more discomfort than most. They were amazing, kept me talking, telling me I’m doing great, the doctor was very gentle as well. I highly recommend Insight Imaging Sherwood Park, especially if you’re a first timer like I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic. It’s very clean and feels very comfortable. The receptionists are friendly and the technician made me feel comfortable. If I am in need of any of these services again I will be sure to visit this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment last Wednesday 12:30PM with my husband for my anatomical pregnancy ultrasound and Ms. Sarah was our technologist. She was really passionate about her job and I would like to commend her for being so professional, personable and answering our questions. It’s really special for us because it’s our first baby and she made it such a nice experience. She made me feel so comfortable which I really appreciate. I heard she’s from Millwoods location and they just borrowed her from Sherwood Park. Hoping that they would hire more Sarah. Thank you Sarah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! A healthcare clinic that operates ON TIME. whether, it be a doctor, dentist, hospital, even if you have an appointment, is always late. I always arrive early and they are always on time which is not common.
And the staff is very good; the lady that performed my scan went above and beyond what she had to do. I have been going to doctors for a separated shoulder plate that I know is loose. And in 6 months I have been to several hospitals and xrays, and scans and this is the only place that scanned me, told me what they saw, and identified 3 other broken bones no other physician or clinic detected for over 6 months!
Hats off to you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a chest x-ray the other day , and found the staff very friendly and helpful... my waiting time was I sat down and I was called in... The gal that took my x-ray was cheerful and knee what she was doing... This is the second or third time that I've been to this one and I've always left there fairly quickly.....I'd give 5 stars but there's always room for improvement anywhere you go..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place a Zero I would. First off I’ve been coming here for ultrasounds for the last couple of months and I’ve never had to wait in my car because I didn’t want to wear a mask. Second I shouldn’t be judged and treated differently because i didn’t wear a mask. The purple hair receptionist was a complete and total b**** and unprofessional and took political views above customer service. MASKS ARE NOT MANDATORY IN ALBERTA ONLY FOR AHS ! IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE WITH MASKS HAVE AHS MAKE IT MANDATORY IN YOUR PLACE. Also the older technician is very rude had no bed side manner just angry I didn’t wear a mask. Only good person was the tall blonde technician. Who was sad when I expressed that she was the only nice one while getting ultrasounds during my pregnancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go if you are from the Capilano vicinity. Just inside Sherwood Park - basically first right hand turn and a few blocks south. I got in a,most a month earlier than selected locations in Edmonton. My appointment was on time and my tech on the ultrasound was so nice and caring. The building is newer so everything is really in good shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great reception staff and radiology technical staff and new tech equipment (such as low radiation X-Ray). I was in the waiting room for hardly 5 minutes and was done with my appointment in a very short time. Nice to see such great service in healthcare.
