★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a specific item at the Staples Sherwood Park location and there was NOT a sales person in sight. Very frustrated, I had to go to the printing area to get assistance to find what I was looking for. Emma from the printing area lead me to the spot where the item should have been, however I could not find due to them being moved. I went to ask Emma again if she could find out where the item was. She called for assistance as well, and NO one answered her. The store was not overly busy I might add. She walked through the store with me and she and I were both passed by male associates who completely ignored us. (Maybe if we were males, we would have received assistance??? ) Emma looked through almost the entire store and actually found the item for me. Emma saved the day! THANK YOU EMMA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get a photo printed. The worker Bhavik didn't really seem to know what he was doing. I asked for nicer paper as they offer photo printing and he mentioned card stock. He loaded my photos and I asked for 5x7. A standard print size. My home printer could do it.. apparently Staples can't. It would be extra for editing, I would have to come back later. I asked how long. He couldn't answer. He just kept saying he has other customers orders to do. Perhaps he should be asking management for help if he is to busy to help the only customer at his counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staples is helpful for certain things. if you don't have them at home, the staff Is sometimes hit and miss. For example I had to print off resumes and the guy that helped me went above and beyond... the lady that helped me the next time around, pointed where I needed to go and eventually I got frustrated with the machine and asked for help again and I mean she kinda helped I guess I got what I needed... but you can usually tell if someone wants to help or just be rid of you.. so hit and miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where to begin but it is very important for me to highlight the exceptional service that my partner and I received from the store manager, Jas Saini. My partner had left some books for readjustment at Staples and we were running late to get those books before the store closes. Jas was so helpful and understanding and he waited for us past store hours to make sure we get those books on the day we needed them. Thank you so much Jas for your courtesy and kindness. It is so rare to meet people like Mr. Jas and it is so rare for people to go out of their way to help you with nothing in return. Truly appreciated your help, it saved us more than you believe. Will definitely always come back to this staples. Mr. Jas deserves a recognition for his excellent service, whether through the phone or in person. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a printer online, received a confirmation email for the item. Was unable to pick up the item that day. The following day I got a cancelation email. Shortly after that an email to pick it up within 2 days. When I called they told me a manager would get back to me. When that manager did, he told me some story about how they accidentally sold me a refurbished printer that couldn't be sold. The manager couldn't care less and promptly ended the call. Don't recommend buying anything from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean bright store. Lots of stock. Not a lot of employees that can help walking around. Had to go wait in line at the tills and then take that till person, when there was a line up, to go get the item I wanted down from up too high and the other item from the back or somewhere else.
Did a return on two items as well and they did them incorrectly and then had to redo it and it was clear staff needed additional training on returns.
The photocopy / shipping area was very busy but they were doing fast, great customer service. I love my stationery ? gonna be back for sure. Other than those two minor issues they were awesome. ??
