★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came down here to print out 9 sheets for my job and what should’ve taken 5-10mins has turned into a 40 minute ordeal of having no employees that could help and when I finally was able to get an employee to help, after telling me to do 30 different things and getting me to load cash onto a card (where as soon as I went to use it half was gone) there system was to slow to even upload the work I needed to print and there solution was paying 3$ per page to use another printer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have a few Christmas calendars printed. First the clerk insisted that we had to use their online calendar program. Explained that the last six years we submitted a folder with our pictures and calendar as jpeg. He had no clue or willingness to sort the files. Each month was labeled as a picture or calendar. Then he thought it all had to be pdfs organized by month sequentially. Then he couldn't find the cover which was labeled cover. Then walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 100 premium matte business cards. 25 of them are unusable, the design isn't centred or in some cases the printer missed prices if the card entirely. I wasn't expecting amazing quality for $30 but that's just unacceptable.
