★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dropped my car off 10 days ago to have it wrapped. The artwork was approved by a professional designer who sent everything to Little John's before I dropped my car off. I just went to go pick up my vehicle after being without it for 10 days. It was sitting in the parking lot completely untouched! I got no phone calls, emails, or even a text message, saying that there was an issue and that I shouldn't expect it to be done in the allocated 10 days. When I showed up at our agreed upon appointment time to pick up the vehicle they had completely forgotten about the appointment and had 0 information on why I wasn't done. Very disappointed! Will never be back! Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used Lil Johns Sign Shop for everything from sticky back Hollywoood stars on a walk of fame, directional signage, posters, step and repeat backdrops to enormous outdoor banners and LOVE the work they do. Professional, talented and knowledgeable: they have thoughtful suggestions on materials or techniques that end us saving me time and money. Highly recommended.

Ended with an unfinished, pre-paid order, unreturned phone calls/emails. Unfulfilled promises. Finally had to demand a refund.
Will not use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marc came by to give me a quote but before he left he asked me an inappropriate personal question. It was extremely rude and left me feeling shocked on how ignorant people still are. He needs to work on his manners and interpersonal skills. Quite upsetting encounter and not the way to talk to a client when you want to do business.

We made arrangements for them to come do vehicle graphics in our bay and everything turned out great! As a fellow chamber of commerce member, we even got a discount -and at the end of the job, the price was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Thanks guys!
