R	Resham Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bison itself is a good company but in Edmonton it's not same as it used to be. Safety is first priority in bison but here in Edmonton manager says there will be no time paid for pre trips or post trips to owner ops. Whereas another terminals aren't like that. Then Where will safety come from if no proper pre or post trips are done? There are another competitive companies who are paying extra bucks just to do pre trips. Too much pushing and giving mental stress to drivers by this guy just to cut drivers income and show to company that I'm saving a lot for company to make his own pockets heavy.

I applied for a job on the initial basis that Bison appeared to be a decent company to work for. They did everything in their power to change my opinion. They are completely unorganized and have an absolute lack of ability to communicate. They demonstrated very clearly that their priority is their own interests. I would caution anyone considering Bison as a viable option to consider other alternatives.
R	Richard Mcfadden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving on highway 216 and just passed 100 ave and a bison transport truck was in the left lane next to me . A 2' pry bar came flying off the back of the truck. It bounced into the lane in front of me and got wedged under my car. I spoke with one guy from Bison transport who told me they have GPS and he would be able to track the truck if I gave them the time and location it was a screen shot of the location on Google maps with the time in the corner. Now they are saying there was 30 trucks in that area I gave them the exact pinpoint location and the exact time give or take 2 minutes they have GPS on there trucks. Now they are telling me to "PROVE IT" . Yeah I didn't get a plate or truck number because I was scared that the pry bar now jammed under my car would either come through my floor board or end up hitting another vehicle so I was just focused on getting pulled over safely. I can assure you there wasn't one other Bison truck at that exact location at that time let alone 30.

If you have a problem with the local manager or company, maybe try talking with them or other managers in the business to resolve. I can always fine someone to talk to in every bison office i visit. open door policy bison values its drivers and will always try to resolve any issues even though it might not be the best solution for one person. Hiding behind a series of fake names and making slanderous remarks towards your company and coworkers will not solve the issues if they exist. I deal with Bison dispatch and jason all the time and this is not the experience I have ever had with Bison. They are a good company in Edmonton and all cities
D	Dave D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good company to drive for. This is only for a man/woman that has no life or family cause you'll hardly ever be home. Usually home requests are never met on the date asked for and if you complain about it they'll just get mad at you & may reject your next request. On saying that they will start you off long haul and keep you there...requests for better positions or runs providing better home time will be ignored. Also the $ is terrible...even if you have many years of experience. I was taking home $3000/month average and was running fairly hard. One can make more $ hauling fuel and be home every night. Bison is just another terrible trucking company that cares only about the $ and not the human driver.

Bison itself is a good company but they have corrupt manager and racist planner and dispatchers they always do favour for their best one they are not good for dispatch And when it comes to manager he is totally corrupt always gave work to service call guys He always prefer to give more hours to their known people instead of all o/o drivers even though they are getting less pay from service call guys . so in short i would request you guys please not to hire in edmonton terminal .???
C	Canadian Driver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Bison over 19 years now as open board longhaul driver running US and Canada. Steady miles, home time-off as requested, reliable equipment and great team in the office and on the road (managers, planners, dispatchers, mechanics, office staff and other drivers) are the biggest influence in my staying here. With Bison's "right to decide" policy the driver and public at large are safer on our highways. This too has influenced me and contributed to over 2 million accident free miles in my driving career here.
B	Big D the tow guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your ignorant driver parked in fuel island while other drivers waiting to fuel over 20 min drivers waited to get in island. Then your driver decided to try be ignorant with a driver that said something to him and then your driver took aggressive approach with other driver. Now 78425 pulls off fuel island and parks in middle of parking lot as can see in picture posted. See the driver on road watch out he not safe driver flying through truck stop parking lot. Wow great driver there l!!!
