We need their ongoing help with special events for our beagle rescue and they do not disappoint! They're professional, friendly, prompt and precise! Love working with them! Highly recommend their services for both your personal or business needs! On behalf of our beagles, we can't thank you enough guys!

A thank you just isn't enough. If you need anything shipped don't hesitate, they are amazing. Your customer service went a long way! Thank you kindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb personal service and problem solving. There was confusion via the UPS online system over the "commercial invoice" needed for me to send personal documents internationally. Georges was super helpful, unfailingly patient and his experience meant that he knew what to do so that the problem could be solved. I emailed him the supporting documents and he printed them and attached them to my shipment, and he even sent a video to show that it was all done and ready for pickup!
So easy to park right in front of the store and I noticed they have all kinds of printing and other office services. I'm trying to figure out what else I need done just so that I can visit this UPS Store again and receive such great service. Thanks for helping me get my urgent shipment on its way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racism and Worst Experience I had at this location. Customer Rep Samantha was too proud to provide service when I showed up in the store for sending the parcel. There was no customer except me, STILL she refused to provide service after seeing my non-white color by saying she is too busy with her personal work that when she will find time she will seal the package for sending and asked me instead to drop my open parcel. I requested her to seal the parcel box in front of me and pass me tracking slip, but she refused to do so on insisting multiple times as well as taking responsibility of any missing item in the parcel if i leave it at her mercy. I was left with no option but to leave the UPS service center because of such racist and rude customer service. I will never use UPS service anymore after seeing UPS does not discipline its workers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not ship a bag of garbage with any branch or form of UPS. Facts and evidence based statement. A single example in photos included many more different forms of incompetence. Tip of the iceberg folks. Also experienced racism firsthand at this particular store by counter staff person. Nice very professional.
