If you want movers to stand around playing on their phones and not move your stuff, hire these guys. The movers have no sense of urgency or care for your items. They left holes in the walls as well. I would not recommend, this company will waste your money. I had to pick up boxes myself to get the job done in a timely fashion. Please take this review as a clue to provide better service to your customers. ****** EDIT****** THE REPLY TO THE COMMENTS SEEMS TO BE SHUT OFF FOR SOME STRANGE REASON.. As per the email I was quoted for 5-7 hours, along with comments that I would only be billed for hours worked. The 4 hours I was charged was not appropriate for hours “worked” The items required to be moved were as follows: 1 king bedroom set including (1 king bed, 2 nightstands and 1 dresser). 1 queen bed(wrapped and read to move. And 1 dresser) 1 dresser, 1 lash table. 1 filing cabinet 1 leather couch set taken apart ready to move that was not wrapped by the company for moving) 1 kitchen table with no chairs. Plus 15 boxes and 1 fridge and freezer. I moved 8 boxes myself. Including bed rails from the king bed. This does not warrant a 4 hour time slot to move. THE SPEED THE CREW WAS WORKING AT WAS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. Your crew was standing around texting and not working. It is not a harsh review. It is a fact. There is damage on my walls and nosing the my hardwood floor as well as the ceiling in the stairwell. This move was not done with care. When asked to speed it up, the head guy in charge on the move said “ Well they are teenagers you know. And I said sorry so that should be good enough” I requested a call back from the company and they are refusing to speak with me, as well the male I spoke with on the phone at head office commented they will not call me back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be sure to share my poor experience with this company with anyone I come across. Your company is lazy, and a waste of money.

We were very pleased with the service we received from this company. The office staff communicated with us clearly and promptly. The team that moved us were on time, friendly, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give this company a negative review … I would! They damaged so many things… left a brand new fridge behind because they struggled to get it out of the house. I have no legs for my couch… they broke my TV. They damaged a big tree while moving items in and police were called by neighbours! THIS IS THE MOST NEGLIGENT AND WORST MOVER I HAVE EVER USED! Will be reporting to better business bureau! I can’t even believe there are people out there that do this to seniors!

The 3 guys showed up right on time, were very professional & careful with our stuff. We packed our own boxes & had everything organized to go. From Fort Saskatchewan to Sherwood Park was four hours to two different addresses, these guys nailed it with great service & efficiency. Woud highly recommend using Riteway Movers

We would highly recommend this moving company. They were professional, quick & clean. Runners everywhere which I appreciated. Was actually expecting to pay a lot more so another plus for this company.

This was the absolute worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They came reccomend and I was sadly very disappointed. It took them 9.5 hours to do a move from 1 two bedroom apartment to another from spruce grove to the west end of Edmonton. This move was for my elderly mother. My brother in law helped them move things out of the 1st apartment because the movers were taking their sweet time. He told them numerous times they needed to move faster with no avail. By the time they finally made it to the 2nd apartment at 4pm, my brother in law was fuming with how unorganized and slow these movers were. Again, this move was "quoted" at 4-6 hours total and they started at 10:30am. At this point my S/O and I took over and were helping them because one of the movers told us that if we made an assembly line things would get done faster. We hired movers because we did not want to move ourselves, which is why people hire movers. One of the movers used the bathroom and left pee all over the toilet seat. He was told to clean it up, which he never did. So not only did we help the movers move, we also had to cleanup urine. There was minor damage to one item that we have seen so far. They were less than gentle with my mother's possessions. This is all while one of the movers gave me attitude everytime we spoke, and did not want to listen. I told them someone needed to be upstairs unpacking the elevator and moving things into the apartment and someone e downstairs unloading the truck and onto the elevator. At both apartments the elevators were locked so that they could move with ease. I spoke with the manager and was very upset. I was upset to being with, I will admit that, but he proceeded to tell me that a quote is just a quote and my mother would be charged by the hour for how long it took the movers and that it wasn't his problem. I told him about the pee and he said he would take care of that with the mover, I then told him about the damage to the cabinet and he said im just adding issues. He did not care. I told him I would tell people not to use his company and he said I was threatening him. Once the movers were done, they told my mother her bill was $1400.00 My mother went with this company because they quoted a 4-6 hour move at $125.00/hr plus 1 hour travel time. These guys do not have the proper means to do moves sufficiently. I would not recommend this company.
