I was looking for something else but they didn’t have that but i ended up buying something better than my expectations. Great Prices???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not good. You have to ask people to find your size the girl didnt even come out from behind the till she yelled at us from across the store. I asked her if they have any womans shoes/boots in a size 11 and they have none. At all. None. She spent 10 minutes looking through her computer then when i asked if they had any she just said no. So i left. Terrible service and store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped at this location as my son wanted crocs. I went into the store and the associate was very rude. She didn’t even acknowledge that we were in the store and when I did find find the crocs we took up to the counter to find out they were not in his size and made no effort to find something else that may have worked. We will never be shopping at soft moc again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Myself and another parent with her child were standing there waiting for assistance for at least 10-15 min, watching ad the two people working there walked past us many times, not assisting other but dealing with stock. Until the other mother stated “hello” the girl who worked there didn’t even say hi or come over she just responded with “size?” Then left to get the size and took about ten minutes to return with the size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Return policy is pretty strict. Don't test shoes out for comfort and plan to return them if they aren't your cup of tea. I wore mine for an hour at work standing in one place and they creased very lightly and weren't returnable. A little disappointed for a shoe comfort store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to return a sandal that I ordered online in the wrong size. The women who served me was extremely efficient. The refund was quickly credited by to me with no problems. She was very helpful, and although they did not have the product i needed in stock, she suggested I try on a similar to make sure what size did work, before I reordered online. She even made sure I had the size and product number I needed to order online. Excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not about SoftMoc the business, but about this location specifically. Wanted some info and to try on Blundstones, but was not acknowledged once while in the store. Super disappointed. The associates seem to go out of their way to avoid making eye contact. I won't chase you to give you my business. Walked down the mall to Quarks and ended up buying a pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store today to return my wife's sandals which she wore for 5 minutes cause they kept falling off and very uncomfortable for her also when purchased the store never gave me packaging for the sandals either. I was told they are unwearable and worn out apparently and won't refund me my money. Looking at my photo they are in very good condition cause let's be honest they were on the ground for 5 minutes. Horrible customer service and lost a lot of business at this location. I'd advise everyone to go somewhere else to buy any foot wear.
