★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today with my mom to get a pedicure today. I, myself, used to be an aesthetician. The spa it’s self is very nice (especially with being in a very busy part of the mall). When we arrived we were notified they were running behind and wouldn’t be to much longer. Not a big deal. The one girl finished before and took us to start soaking while the other lady finished. This was now 2:15, out appointment was for 2. We sit and soak for another 10 mins and the younger girl starts on my mom. I am left sitting and “soaking” for 30+ minutes. I finally asked the other girl how much longer her coworker would be, I was told she was almost done. 2:50 comes along and the lady finally finishes her previous client. So now I have been sitting in cold water for almost 45 mins and my toes are officially wrinkled. It takes her another 10 minutes to ring up the client. When she finally comes to see me, she doesn’t apologize for the wait and gets started. She was a nice girl but I didn’t find her to be the most professional, and she rushed through the service. I had requested shellac polish. The pedicure was over within 35 mins... the polish taking 10 minutes of the time. I did ask if she could change my appointment to an express pedicure but because she had already done paddle work, that wasn’t a choice. Overall I am disappointed. I don’t think I will be returning for any future appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful manicure at Beauty In The Park with Nasreen. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. What a difference compared to some other nail places. This is a lovely and very hygienic salon. Strongly recommend!

Nasreen has always done services for me and she has always done an amazing job! She is my favourite lady, I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed by Beauty in the Park. I refuse to go to any other nail salon =)
