★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to the Factory hair and body for years. I see both Jasmine and Meganne for hair styling, however I have also seen the work of the other hairstylists and they are all phenomenal. The atmosphere of the place is so comfortable and just reminds me of going to visit a friends house. Everyone talks to each other, and you can tell the workers all enjoy working there. The place is extremely welcoming, fun and the coffee bar/candy station is a nice little touch! I also commend the owner of the place, throughout covid she has been so great at updating the clients on covid protocols, she also has paid good deeds forward by offering clients starbucks coffee. I will forever continue going to this place as I don't think I can find somewhere better.

She was very friendly and made sure I got what I wanted, I absolutely loved the cut she gave me! The salon is very inviting and all the staff are friendly. By far, the best salon I’ve been to! Affordable pricing too. Thanks Meganne, I love my new haircut!

Beyond friendly, always willing to accommodate schedule wise, and makes sitting in the chair for hours on end enjoyable with her positive attitude and chattiness. She's very talented and could not recommend her enough! The salon is always clean and comforting to be in (love the snack/drink bar pre-covid)

I have tried many barbers and they all seemed to just want to cut my hair super short, even though I told them I wanted the top longer.
Definitely recommend Stephen and the ladies here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MADYSEN! I don't even know where to begin with how incredible Mady is. She saved me when my hair stylist for my wedding cancelled on me 2 weeks before my wedding. And I'm SO lucky that she did, because she's a hairstyling GODDESS. She did hair for myself, 5 bridesmaids and 2 junior bridesmaids and NAILED it. We received so many compliments on our hair the day-of, and already in my wedding photos. She is incredibly kind and so fun to be around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best stylists and everyone is so nice and great to deal with! The atmosphere is comfortable as well! Only downfall here is their prices are quite high compared to what their website has listed, half head of foils with a trim ends up around $250
