★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although not much to look at from the outside, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into a nice, clean (although slightly cluttered) front end. I did have to wait for a few minutes to be greeted but I was very early, and was not in a rush. The staff was extremely helpful, and all made sure I had been helped.
I had a free coupon this time around, but have been looking for a new salon. I have very long hair, so it can get expensive to get it done. I was impressed with the very reasonable prices.
My dresser was an apprentice but I would not have known that if she hadn't told me. Katie was extremely professional and VERY friendly, and asked lots of questions to make sure she did exactly what I wanted, and she did!!! She saved a disaster of bangs (resulting from me cutting them a few days before....angrily....I might add) and made sure that my hair would would do what I needed it to (curling and kids = ponytail almost all the time).
They have found a new client, and I couldn't be happier.
