They will charge you extra for anything they can. $5 extra for a new set of acrylic nails that I'm paying $65 for to be medium length. They charge extra for length? I've never heard of this. They also charged me an additional $5 to have a different color painted on two of my nails. Again, I have never been charged for this. To top off the terrible experience, she cut my hand with her drill and was rude when I asked for advice on nail shape. Big thumbs down. The staff are absolutely terrible.

C	Courtney Blyth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a friend to get a shellac french manicure and sat down with a lady who didn't say hello or anything, even after I tried to start a conversation. As she started doing my nails, I thought that the white tips looked too thick but usually they file them down afterwards so I wasn't too concerned. She finished doing the shellac manicure and I noticed they were super thick white tips still so I asked her to file them down a bit more. I got told that it would chip the polish, however many other nail techs have done this for me before and they were fine. I went home and filed them myself because I got told no at the salon. Needless to say, it wasn't a good experience, and it's disappointing because I usually have good experiences there!!

Was shopping in the mall one day and stopped at another "high end" salon first and they rudely turned me away cause I didn't have an appointment, travelled down further and found Studio Nails and they welcomed me in right away! Always do an amazing job! If you have ever been traumatized by another nail tech and need help ask for Sue! She also gives the best hand massages! All the ladies are so accommodating, even with complicated nail designs.

(Went To a different place for years and had nothing but problems with my nails ) at studio nails I’ve received top notch service on my nails and pedicures. The staff are very friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my nails. I’m very active and my nails hold up to my ‘play hard’ lifestyle, the quality and care given to me is difficult to find anywhere else. Sue is amazing , and very creative with my designs. Nothing beats a ‘me-day’ with a pedi and walking out with beautiful nails ! ?

I love going there. I am happy every single time that I go to have my nails done. The pedicures and other services are also great. This is the only place I would go back to without hesitation. If you are looking to get your nails done, go and see Sue.
K	Kerry Burbidge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update!!! Still after 6 weeks I'm experiencing painful Nails because they were dremeled so thin. I have to keep them extremely short which is very uncomfortable and at times painful. I hope that Health Services comes and inspects this place because they don't know what they're doing. I went in to have a set of acrylics taken off. The experience was very painful. One of my natural nails started to lift and i had to pull my hand away twice because it hurt so much. The lady dremmeled into my natural nails far too much. They are paper thin now, bumpy and sensitive to touch and cold. This was not a proper removal and has left me with much discomfort. I spoke to the manager and she did not seem to care and made excuses. I repeatedly said her staff should be more educated. She insisted that I should have communicated more what I wanted with the tech. I didn't think I needed to inform a supposedly trained tech that is didn't want my nails to be extremely damaged and painful. 2 weeks later: my nails are ridiculously paper thin. At least one breaks everyday. I have to keep them painfully short and paint them every day or two because they are so thin and flimsy they bend and the nail polish cracks. I can't even scratch an itch without them breaking.
