P	Phyllis Bright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, without a reservation. The front desk staff was great - quickly checked me in and smiled all the way through. Room was nice. I have never ever liked a hotel pillow until the ones at the Park - I would buy one if i could. I was rushed in the morning, so breakfast being ready was great. It had everything I could have wanted. Fellow watching over the room was very polite and kept tidying and replenishing. Wish I could have stayed longer.
V	Viera Spaceship on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was amazing, located right across the Sherwood Park shopping mall which I enjoyed a lot, after shopping I've had a fantastic massage at the spa at 7 pm. Light dinner at the restaurant and ready to bed. My room was very clean, beautifully decorated, I loved the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and collaborative, they helped me a lot to get a cab and indicating the driver where to drop me off, fortunately, the hotel is really well situated in the city of Edmonton! I highly recommend it
K	Kyle Prince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel lobby was nice and front the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. It had a small refrigerator, microwave and single serve coffee maker. The only minor complaint was that the tv was pretty small, pretty sure it was less than 32". The tv didn't really matter anyway because the mall is a short walk across the street and it has a theater. Also has a wonderful steak restaurant down the hall from the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Plus, the amenity is great with a very good spa and a variety of yoga studio, I chose Namaste and was awesome. A great restaurant just a few steps away and a good breakfast for free. Loved the bed and pillows super comfy. In general, the hotel was amazing: very clean, beautifully decorated, friendly staff and well situated in the city, I highly recommend it! Thank you was very pleasant our stay

There is a 24/7 gym with newer equipment, a float centre, spa, continental breakfast. The sawmill is a restaurant off the lobby. A little expensive but delicious food. Very impressed with my stay.
Y	Yves Iras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a job interview in the area and asked if I could check in early (it was 11am) to get ready (job interview at 1pm), and the staff was so wonderful about it. The room wasn't anything fancy, but the bed was soft. I'm glad I had the double bed room though, since the bedding was rather thin and it was a cold night (-40 dead of winter). Close to plenty of amenities and has a nice juice bar on the first floor. Custodian staff are all very charming and funny people as well, and they do a great job, so a special thank you to them!
