Also I witnessed him handle a customer who was very rude and disrespectful towards him, all through he kept his calm and still put his best foot forward still giving exemplary customer service. The owner said I will bring some in from another store, tomorrow. 5 days later I get a phone call stating it is in. I go to pick it up. Standing at the till the employee said, sorry , the sale is over, you'll have to pay full price.... No thank you!
