And when confronted said that it couldn't be from them. And that I'd we wanted to say things like that
We could take our business elsewhere. Beware these guys are a shady business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Country Star Water service was being used to fill our cistern for many years before we moved in, so we continued using them when we bought the house. Right before we bought, the previous owner had to have the seals repaired on the cistern and ground work done. It was still being finished as we moved in and we talked to the man that fixed it. He said it was caused by the cistern being overfilled over and over for many years. The cost to fix it was over $4000. Then we noticed that Country Star had been over filling it again so I called them. Dianne said they did not over-fill it and if we think they did, we should just part ways. I sent her pictures of what they did and all I asked was that she talks to the driver and asks him to actually watch what he’s doing and not over fill it. She took no responsibility and refused. Her reaction sounded to me like they’ve had this conversation before and they’ve already had too many insurance claims or something, because no business I’ve ever dealt with before has ever reacted so poorly. There was water everywhere and a major circle eroded around my cistern. They are a terrible company and not honest at all. Save yourself very costly repairs and DON’T USE COUNTRY STAR.

This company offers a great service, its people are friendly, professional and responsive. They go the extra mile, for example by providing us a tutorial on how to manage our cistern.
Also, we have a slight grade up our driveway and Diane advised where we can get some grit to help with traction during winter.
We couldn’t ask for better service. Keep up the good work! Love you guys.
