Kayne is extremely knowledgeable and took care of a very difficult issue at my house. His vast experience shows in the high level of workmanship he provided. I rarely trust any contractors but I was very satisfied and I will definitely use them again if I ever have another issue at my house.

His approach of the "right tool for the job" is second to none in my opinion,as he was always well equipped and ready for every phase of the repairs. He has an excellent approach and comes with a highly skilled work ethic which led to very high quality results to our project. I consider us very fortunate to have had him on our job and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking to do any residential or commercial projects. I plan to use him again in the future to complete some concrete work around our residence.

I had a laundry list of fixes to get my house ready to sell and even when we ran into some complicated snags he was able to diagnose the problem, source discontinued parts if necessary, and get the job done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My house needed the repair of some damaged exterior wooden architectural features. I asked Kayne to estimate a repair done in a way I proposed. He quoted that, and then came up with a superior method that cost about 40% less. On repair day, he also fixed a drywall hole inside my house. Both jobs were done perfectly, quickly, neatly. Both look as new, as though they had never been damaged. Kayne is a courteous, meticulous, versatile, and clever workman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got involved with a disastrous foundation repair contractor on our home and Canadian Contractor Services came to our rescue. He kept us fully appraised of all the issues that were found and took the time to document, take pictures and fully communicate by email throughout the process.
I now know more about foundations, leaking walls and home construction than I ever thought possible and I'm grateful for that knowledge. I have been taught a skill set to ask the right questions when I'm getting work done, but since I will be calling Kayne in the future; I don't think it will be a problem. Even if his company doesn't have time to do the work I know he will be there to help me.
We still have to dig up and repair the wall done by the other firm, which I'm not looking forward to. But I know the right company for the job. Thank you again for your assistance. I would recommend Canadian Contractor Services to anyone who needs help with their project.
