I	Ian H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired them for grass in our backyard. We have dogs so were looking for pet friendly grass so Frank recommended Kentucky blue grass. Firstly, the day they laid the sod down, it looked quite dead and patchy.. On top of that, Frank asked to be paid in full while the job was not even finished which we found very unprofessional but paid anyway without knowing if it will be done to our satisfaction.We followed all instructions given and the grass did not grow properly. We had to keep the dogs off the grass for 4 weeks which we did but as soon as they were on the grass, it burnt even though we sprayed it right away.We had to contact Chris a thousand times to get patches repaired and when they did get around to it, they used dead pieces left over from other jobs.I am very disappointed with their service and will not recommend this company to anyone. Their 1 year warranty seems to be a joke when they cannot do the job properly to begin with.I have a camera in the backyard so have all that was done recorded and took pictures. I am not even sure they gave us Kentucky blue grass. What a waste of money!!!
K	Kevin He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JOB NEVER DONE. Frank talked me into paying in full, and believing that "his guy" was coming to do the final grading certificate. Over THREE MONTHS, nothing happened. Frank kept using weather as excuse until he STOPPED replying. (I will keep you posted if he ever replies) At all, I hired a random surveyor who did the job in 3 days. Lesson: Do not judge a person by his name.

I had three days to get my yard done before Saturday and they worked in the rain the project manager his name was Christopher knew the predicament I was in and called Frank, In under an hour Frank moved four of his teams to my house we ended up having 15 or 16 people here and they completed everything all my sod, my trees, My fence, a few plants a small retaining wall and a flower bed they put down 4800 square feet of sod under three hours. Today a day later Frank showed up randomly just to make sure the job is perfect and to make sure the sod got enough water. The service I got from them is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone. Prior to hiring Canada General Renovations and Landscaping I hired another company they took a deposit and never showed up I am getting married this Saturday, When Frank and his teams found out they made sure the job got done earlier. I offered everyone a tip and instead of accepting it they all wished me the best and told me there tip was for my husband to be and myself to promise them that we will be happy. Amazing beyond Amazing people.
